Alginite: a science-based soil regeneration material

Alginite is AlgiSoil’s core ingredient and a key functional component of our formulations.
It is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich organo-mineral material formed from fossilized algae deposits mixed with volcanic clay minerals. Its composition typically includes:

  • Humic substances / organic matter (humus fraction)

  • Clay minerals (high surface area, adsorption capacity)

  • Carbonates (lime fraction)

  • A broad spectrum of macro- and micronutrients

Together, these create a multifunctional soil amendment with both physical and chemical benefits.

From Mine to Field  with Science in Between

Most soil inputs fail because they are either:

  • Too generic

  • Too expensive

  • Or not adapted to real farming conditions

AlgiSoil does it differently.

We:

  • Work directly with farmers to define real problems

  • Co-develop solutions with academic partners

  • Test products in real fields

  • Validate results with soil science

No greenwashing. No black-box products. Just transparent, regenerative innovation.

Built Together, Not Behind Closed Doors

We believe the best soil solutions are co-created.

By working hand-in-hand with:

  • Farmers

  • Researchers

  • Universities

  • Innovation partners

we accelerate learning, improve products faster, and create solutions that truly work.

AlgiSoil is not just a product, it’s a growing ecosystem.
